to your CIS country destination's accordingly to rates, delivery and
processing fees provided on our website. For a complete list of rates

Bosmix LLC receives many parcels and boxes everyday. How does Bosmix
LLC knows that particular parcel is mine?
We collect maximum of information available during a payment process
and usually have no difficulties to identify parcels and packages
delivered to us. In case if you provide our shipping address we will
only know that parcel is yours when you put your name or Customer
ID along with our shipping address. When parcel(s) arrives without
your name or Customer ID, it is very hard for us to identify the package
and creates a lot of inconvenience and possibility of mishandling
of such delivery. Unidentified parcels, items or products WILL NOT
be processed until further clarifications. Please pay attention to
this aspect, as it might greatly delay the shipment of your parcels.
What is the difference between shipping and billing address? Which
one can I use when I buy products and want them delivered to Bosmix
LLC warehouse?
Shipping address is the address you indicate where parcels are to
be shipped and delivered to us. Billing address is the address used
for mailing bills ONLY. This is the address where banks and credit
card companies send their statements. You can ONLY use our company's
shipping address. Any client who violates this rule will have his
account suspended permanently.
How do I know that my products have been delivered to Bosmix LLC
warehouse?
After your product(s) has been delivered to Bosmix LLC warehouse,
we confirm the delivery by entering package delivery date into our
database for your reference and tracking purposes. On your account
there is a delivery date column which indicates that products have
arrived.
I received certain items that do not belong to me. What should
I do?
We do our best not to misplace any items and appropriately send them
to their owners, however for a number of reasons, very rarely, there
might be certain unidentified parcels and items sent to a wrong recipient.
We ask our customers to immediately notify us about any items that
do not belong to their orders and have been delivered to them by mistake.
In order to avoid this problem, please make sure you have indicated
