Fraud Detection Policy

Bosmix maintain zero fraud tolerance policy. If you are an online account or credit-card holder who have noticed an unauthorized transaction, please contact your bank to block the transaction immediately. If you are a seller or an online store please report potential fraud by sending us notification email with information to help@bosmix.com or call us 781-519-4244. Please provide us name of the person and tracking number of your order we will do whatever it takes to stop the fraud and if we still have any merchandises at our warehouse we will be able to return them to you or to your store. Any fraudulent account holder in our system is suspended immediately by the time our internal investigation has been completed.
